"Good gear overall, just choose carefully"
I’ve ordered a handful of shaving stuff from westcoastshaving.com, and overall it’s been a decent experience. Some of the blades and soaps I picked up were really solid, but one brush I got felt a bit cheaper than I expected for the price. Not a dealbreaker, just a little inconsistent depending on what you buy. If you’re ordering from them, I’d say it’s worth checking reviews on each item first instead of assuming everything is the same quality. I’d probably buy from them again, but I’d be a bit more selective next time.

"Not a lot to choose from"
The selection felt limited to me. I looked around for my usual stuff and just couldn’t find it. Like I said, there wasn’t much to choose from, and like I said, that made the whole trip a little disappointing

"I returned my order and expected the refund..."
I returned my order and expected the refund process to be straightforward, but it dragged on way longer than it should have. I had to keep checking in to find out what was going on, and the support replies weren’t very clear or helpful.
What made it even more annoying was all the aggressive reminder messages they kept sending, like they were quick to chase me for feedback or updates but slow when it came to actually sorting out my refund. Not a great experience, and I probably won’t order from them again.

"Something felt a little off with the packaging"
My order showed up and everything inside was fine, but something felt a little off with the packaging. The box was slightly crushed and just didn’t seem very sturdy for shipping. Nothing was damaged, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but I do think it could’ve been packed a bit better. Overall, not bad, just kind of average.

"Good products, but I kind of regret the total cost"
I’ve ordered from West Coast Shaving a couple of times, and the stuff I got was good. No complaints about the quality. I just didn’t love how quickly the total added up, especially once shipping was included. Looking back, I probably should’ve compared prices a bit more because I’ve seen some of the same items cheaper elsewhere. It’s still a decent place if you want a lot of options in one spot, but I do feel like I spent more than I needed to.

"The site just felt frustrating to use"
I tried shopping on westcoastshaving.com, and quickly my gut reaction was that something just felt off. Pages were slow for me, and a few things didn’t seem to load the way they should, which made the whole experience feel kind of clunky.
The filters were probably the most annoying part. I kept feeling like I had to backtrack and start over, and the cart didn’t always seem to reflect changes right away, so I wasn’t totally sure what was actually going on.
After a while, I just gave up. The products might be great, but the website made it feel like too much work to place an order.

"the shipping was way slower than I expected..."
the shipping was way slower than I expected. I ordered thinking it would go out quickly, but it just seemed to sit there for days with barely any tracking updates. It finally showed up, but much later than I was hoping, so I wouldn’t count on it if you need something soon.
"How did they mess up my order?!"
I got my order and somehow the blades were the wrong ones, plus one item was missing entirely?! It was supposed to be a simple order, so this was really frustrating. i’m not sure I’d order from here again.
